どんな形や色をした花や枝を使うかは、その時々の巡り合わせ。 目に入った花材を頭の中に転写して、即興で作品のイメージを創り上げる。

市場で仕入れた素材で作る、「本日のシェフのおまかせ料理」に似ている。

I never know what kind of shape and colors of flowers and branches I will use for design works until I get at flower market. Once I pick up flowers I want to use, transcribe them in my brain and spontaneously create image of the work.

It is just like "Today's chef's special" made from what he/she purchased at market.
